Are alien abduction stories just tales, or could there be more to them? Many accounts describe beings taking people for experiments in strange locations, often thought to be spaceships. But, a fascinating detail keeps popping up in these stories: water. Some abductees recall being taken not to space, but to secret facilities deep under the sea.
Betty Hill Recalls “Going Underwater”
Betty and Barney Hill claimed they were abducted in 1961. Their story sparked intrigue and ridicule. During a hypnotic regression, Betty mentioned that the strange craft they boarded was “entering the water.” She even questioned if these objects went underwater. This detail, often missed, changes the encounter’s nature, suggesting it happened underwater.
Betty Andreasson Taken To A “Museum Of Time” Under The Water!
Betty Andreasson claimed multiple abductions since childhood. In 1950, she was taken from her home and placed on a flying, wheel-like vehicle. This vehicle entered the water off the U.S. coast and took her to a large aquatic base. Inside, she saw a “museum of life” with humans in glass containers from different historical periods.
While many doubt Andreasson’s claims, some UFO researchers have investigated them, making her story one of the most debated in the UFO community.
Katharina Wilson Writes Of Aquatic Craft Taking Her To “Navy Vessel”
Katharina Wilson, in her book Alien Jigsaw, recounts heading “downward at a very steep angle” toward the water. She found herself in a glass-like tunnel deep under the sea. On another occasion, the object she was in surfaced, and she was transferred to a military “navy vessel.” This suggests possible military involvement in alien abductions.
Orlando Jorge Ferraudi Taken To A “Giant Underwater Dome!”
Orlando Jorge Ferraudi claimed that in either 1956 or 1965, a 7-foot humanoid took him aboard a disc-shaped craft while he was fishing. He was flown under the Gulf of Mexico to a “giant underwater dome,” which he described as a “giant igloo.” His hosts said it was a “base to recondition our ships.”
They also told him that genetic experiments involving humans had been ongoing for thousands of years and that Earth was seen as a “zoo-like planet” by other alien races. According to them, all life on Earth originated from these genetic experiments on other worlds.
Linda Cortile – Abducted And Taken Under The Water Of The East River
The Linda Cortile case is well-known, thanks to veteran UFO researcher Budd Hopkins. Cortile claimed she was abducted from her New York apartment in 1989. Witnesses saw Cortile and three figures floating toward a disc-shaped object that crashed into the East River before disappearing.
Cortile, under hypnosis, recalled the UFO stopping “under the water” and seeing garbage on the riverbed. Was she describing her journey to the bottom of the East River?
Filiberto Cardenas – From A Lonely Miami Road To A “Large Hangar” Under The Sea
In 1979, Filiberto Cardenas was abducted on the outskirts of Miami. A beam of light lifted him into a disc-like craft while his friend watched. After experiments, he was placed in a smaller vehicle that entered an underwater tunnel, leading him to a “large hangar” under the sea.
Cardenas also claimed his hosts gave him accurate predictions about future world events.
Anna Jamerson Not Sure If Her Alien Abductors Took Her Under The Water
In her book Connections, Anna Jamerson described encounters suggestive of underwater activity. In one, she was in a craft when she saw an ocean liner above her, implying she was taken underwater.
She also described entering a “long tunnel with soft sides” with a green light at the end. Were the “soft sides” actually water around a tunnel, similar to Katharina Wilson’s account? The therapist ended the session before she could explore the green light, leaving the encounter’s true nature unknown.
Was Fred Valentich’s Vanishing A Case Of Aquatic Alien Abduction?
Fred Valentich disappeared in 1978 over the Bass Strait in Australia. He radioed the control tower, reporting an unknown object above him. He stated it was “not an airplane” before vanishing. The last sound heard was metal screeching.
A search found no trace of Valentich or his plane. Witnesses reported seeing a strange object, and one even captured a photo. One witness claimed to hear a plane suddenly go silent. Could Valentich have been a victim of alien abduction, taken to an underwater base?
These accounts offer a glimpse into the strange world of alien abductions and hint at the possibility of underwater alien bases. Whether fact or fiction, they invite us to consider what might lie hidden beneath our oceans.
