As a reward for her honesty, Domino’s gave her free pizza for a year, and her employer gave her a week off with pay.

Henry contacted UPS, Target, and the lab, but no one could explain the mix-up. Eyewitness News discovered the blood belonged to Kelly Mikhalik, who had shipped a Lyme disease test. The packages likely crossed paths at a sorting facility.
